The Rotary Club of Guelph Trillium knows that the holiday season can be a particularly difficult time for the homeless and those experiencing chronic poverty. With generous donations from Hunter Amenities from Burlington and with support from the members of the club, 100 care packages were prepared for the Sanguen Mobile Health Clinic
Thanks to the work of Sanguen and the Guelph Community Health Centre for working every day to support those less fortunate than ourselves.
